Senior Marketing Manager – Patient Marketing (Oncology)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Patient Marketing will develop and execute patient‑focused marketing initiatives across Servier’s oncology portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Patient Marketing, the role leads digital and patient engagement programs, ensuring they are innovative, impactful and fully compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development of complex digital projects (CTV, CRM email campaigns, omnichannel programs) with agencies and internal teams.
• Lead execution of patient‑facing digital campaigns across websites, email/CRM, social media, paid media and emerging channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day performance of branded and unbranded websites, optimizing UX, content, and analytics.
• Support SEO, SEM and digital media strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
• Partner with brand, medical affairs, compliance and advocacy teams to deliver high‑quality programs and navigate MLR review processes.
• Identify new digital channels and technologies to enhance patient and caregiver experience.
• Monitor KPIs, provide insights and recommendations, and manage program budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years progressive marketing experience in pharma/biotech, with at least 3 years in digital or patient marketing, preferably oncology.
• Proven experience managing agencies, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong project‑management, analytical and communication skills.
