Senior Manager, Performance Creative

About the role

iRESTORE is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Creative to lead the strategy, testing, and performance of paid creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and emerging platforms. The role combines direct‑response instincts with data‑driven optimization to drive growth for a fast‑growing DTC wellness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a performance creative roadmap aligned with media plans and growth goals across multiple platforms.
• Design and manage structured testing programs covering hooks, formats, offers, audiences, and funnel stages.
• Analyze performance metrics (hook rate, thumbstop rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, ROAS) and provide clear recommendations for scaling or pausing creative.
• Forecast creative volume, plan production schedules, and address workflow or resourcing gaps.
• Lead and develop a small team of creative strategists and production talent, setting priorities and quality standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years in performance creative, direct‑response marketing, or growth marketing for DTC/e‑commerce.
• Proven experience leading creative strategy and testing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and other paid media channels.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using dashboards, attribution platforms, and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business objectives, customer insights, and performance data into clear briefs and production plans.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of creative performance metrics such as hook rate, thumbstop rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
• Experience building scalable creative workflows and applying AI‑enabled tools to research, concept development, and production.
