Senior Manager, Patient Marketing (Hybrid, Boston)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Patient Marketing will develop and execute patient‑focused marketing initiatives across Servier's oncology portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Patient Marketing, this hybrid Boston role leads day‑to‑day execution of patient and caregiver engagement programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own patient marketing strategy for oncology indications and translate brand strategy into an integrated patient/DTC plan.
• Lead patient acquisition, develop patient‑facing campaigns, digital discussion guides, and educational assets.
• Leverage market research, behavioral insights, and journey mapping to optimize strategy.
• Partner with Digital/CRM Lead and Peer‑to‑Peer Lead to orchestrate multi‑channel journeys.
• Manage agency partners, creative development, budgets, timelines, and MLR review.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–8 years progressive marketing experience in pharma/biotech, with at least 3 years in digital or patient marketing, preferably oncology.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for meetings, research and conferences.

Required skills

• Digital marketing (web, CRM, SEO/SEM, social media).
• Knowledge of regulatory/legal (MLR) processes in healthcare marketing.
• Project management and data‑driven decision making.
