Senior Manager, Paid Social - Body & Skin Accounts

About the role

iRESTORE is seeking a senior leader to own paid social and search strategy for its Body and Skin product lines. The role combines data‑driven planning, creative testing and hands‑on campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategy, manage budget pacing and optimize campaigns against revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPC and conversion goals.
• Build and run testing roadmaps for audiences, bidding, creative, landing pages and new platform opportunities.
• Translate performance insights into creative priorities and collaborate with internal and agency creative teams.
• Produce weekly and monthly forecasts, surface risks, and recommend budget adjustments.
• Design reporting and automation systems using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, Data Studio and attribution tools.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of DTC digital marketing experience, including 5+ years hands‑on paid social and search.
• Proven management of > $10 M annual media spend with strong performance results.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads and solid experience with TikTok, Google and YouTube Ads.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills; ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
