Senior Manager, Marketing Programs & Communications

About the role

Reveleer is seeking a Senior Manager to lead integrated, multi‑channel marketing programs that drive new business acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This remote position works closely with product marketing, sales, and executive leadership to translate go‑to‑market strategy into measurable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel plans covering campaigns, webinars, email nurture, social, content, events, and corporate communications.
• Manage paid and earned media programs, including sponsored content, newsletters, webinars, and video, tracking performance from creative to recap.
• Draft press releases, manage agency/analyst/media relationships, and build executive thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across web, social, press, and internal channels.
• Measure, report, and optimize engagement, lead conversion, MQL criteria, and pipeline goals, refining programs based on data.
• Develop customer retention and expansion strategies, focusing on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of B2B technology or SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or related field.
• Proven ability to deliver integrated marketing programs on time and on budget.
• Excellent verbal and executive communication skills; self‑directed and organized in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, capable of leading through influence.
• Experience mentoring team members and managing freelancers or agencies.
