Senior Manager – M&A Partnership Tax

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Partnership Tax practice. You will advise clients on tax planning, compliance and strategy throughout complex transactions, helping them optimise tax outcomes while navigating regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large‑scale M&A tax projects from inception to completion.
• Design and implement tax structures that align with client objectives.
• Maintain high operational standards and continuously improve processes.
