Senior Manager, FP&A Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Manager, FP&A Business Partner serves as a strategic financial partner to the leadership team, delivering insights and analysis to support informed business decisions. Reporting to the Director of FP&A Strategy & Business Partner, this role leads budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budget and multi‑year strategic financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly financial reviews with deep‑dive variance analysis.
• Act as primary financial advisor to department heads and executive stakeholders.
• Create executive‑level dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting automation.
• Support month‑end close activities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of finance experience with 3‑5 years in a managerial FP&A role, preferably global.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non‑finance audiences.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and influencing cross‑functional partners.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Adaptive, Tableau).
