About the role
Everlight is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to lead complex installations, ensure code compliance, and maintain high safety standards. This permanent, full‑time position is based onsite in Madison, WI.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HVAC system installations and guarantee all work meets code compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
- Mentor and supervise a team of 2‑3 apprentice technicians.
Required profile
- EPA 608 Certification (required).
- 8+ years of field experience in HVAC installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lb and working at heights.
- Willingness to undergo driving, drug, and criminal background checks.
