Apprentice HVAC Technician

About the role

Everlight is seeking an HVAC apprentice to work alongside licensed technicians on installations, repairs, and system startups. This hands‑on, full‑time position provides structured on‑the‑job training toward licensing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist licensed technicians with installation, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems.
• Support system startups and testing under supervision.
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot basic HVAC issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas on job sites.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
• Gain hands‑on experience with tools, equipment, and HVAC components.

Required profile

• EPA 608 Certification (required).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn the HVAC trade.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment.
• Comfortable climbing roofs and physically able to lift heavy equipment.
• Authorized to work in the US; background check required.
