Remodeling Helper – Construction Support

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths as a Remodeling Helper, providing hands‑on support for home remodeling projects across the Midwest and East Coast. You will work on‑site, ensuring quality installations, answering homeowner questions, and coordinating final payments.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to company standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each application.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.
• Treat homeowners and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Some window‑installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Commitment to quality work standards.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
