About the role

Renuity’s Mad City Windows division is seeking experienced window installers to work on residential remodeling projects across Madison and surrounding areas. This 1099 contractor position offers flexible, year‑round work for skilled tradespeople who want to earn a high income while delivering quality installations.

Key responsibilities

• Install windows and related home‑remodeling products according to Mad City standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work and trim as required for each installation.
• Communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment.
• Complete a detailed job checklist with the homeowner at the end of each project.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of residential windows, baths, or kitchens.
• Operates as an established LLC or independent business with appropriate workers’ compensation and liability insurance.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
