About the role
As a Senior HR Service Intern you will join Bosch’s HR Service Department, supporting associates across the United States and Canada. You will help deliver the HR Service Vision – “We Care, We Understand, We Resolve” – while gaining hands‑on experience in core HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees on topics such as compensation, benefits, training & development, HR technical systems and payroll.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Process Owners to roll out HR initiatives.
- Educate managers and associates on HR processes and tools, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Communicate daily with internal customers, providing problem‑solving support and escalating to specialist teams when needed.
Required profile
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Human Resources.
- Available to work 35‑40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, for a one‑year internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Positive customer‑service attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 18 years of age.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience navigating web‑based systems and technology platforms.
