About the role
Movable Ink’s People Team is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring across multiple teams and locations. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to design effective hiring strategies, balance speed with quality, and create a great experience for candidates and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey, from outreach and interview coordination to offer negotiation and pre‑first‑day onboarding.
- Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and align roles with organizational goals.
- Educate and guide hiring managers on recruiting processes, best practices, and shared accountability.
- Leverage recruiting data to generate insights that improve pipeline health and team effectiveness.
- Lead or contribute to People‑team projects aimed at scaling recruiting processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting role, including international hiring.
- Strong sourcing abilities and a proactive “no‑job‑is‑too‑small” attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the tech talent market and employer branding.
Required skills
- Experience with modern ATS tools such as Greenhouse.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Talent Recruiter, Gem, and Juicebox.
