Strategic Full‑Cycle Recruiter

About the role

Movable Ink’s People Team is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring across multiple teams and locations. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to design effective hiring strategies, balance speed with quality, and create a great experience for candidates and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey, from outreach and interview coordination to offer negotiation and pre‑first‑day onboarding.
• Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and align roles with organizational goals.
• Educate and guide hiring managers on recruiting processes, best practices, and shared accountability.
• Leverage recruiting data to generate insights that improve pipeline health and team effectiveness.
• Lead or contribute to People‑team projects aimed at scaling recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting role, including international hiring.
• Strong sourcing abilities and a proactive “no‑job‑is‑too‑small” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the tech talent market and employer branding.

Required skills

• Experience with modern ATS tools such as Greenhouse.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Talent Recruiter, Gem, and Juicebox.
