Senior Recruitment Consultant – US Market

About the role

Assembly Industries is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support US‑based clients during their growth phase. You will act as the primary liaison between candidates, corporate offices, MSP/VMO partners, and end‑clients, delivering strategic talent solutions across multiple industries and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically implement best recruiting practices to achieve 100% job order fulfillment.
• Source, recruit, interview, and place candidates for national accounts.
• Maintain and grow both active candidate inventory and passive talent networks.
• Meet internal and client‑specific KPIs, providing detailed reporting on recruitment outcomes.
• Resolve candidate inquiries, grievances, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Document all fulfillment activities and communicate accurately with all stakeholders.
• Research and reconcile timesheet discrepancies to support accurate payroll and invoicing.
• Support training and development of junior recruiters within the department.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a staffing or workforce‑management environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines.
