About the role
Midtown Group is partnering with a fast‑growing culture and change consulting firm to place experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) professionals on independent‑contract engagements. The role is hands‑on, focused on delivering tangible change outcomes for high‑performance organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end change initiatives for financial transactions, SAP rollouts, AI implementations, and medical platform deployments.
- Develop and execute detailed change plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure adoption and sustain results.
- Provide on‑site support and occasional travel as required.
- Deliver project work on a 20‑hour/week (6‑month) or 40‑hour/week (3‑month) basis.
Required profile
- 10+ years of deep OCM experience, not limited to project management.
- Hands‑on practitioner who can execute change activities, not just advise.
- Independent contractor able to work on short‑term, high‑impact engagements.
- Flexibility for occasional travel and strong professional references.
Required skills
- PROSCI certification (or equivalent).
- ACMP certification (or equivalent).
- PMI Change Management certification (or equivalent).
- Kotter methodology certification (or equivalent).
- Hands‑on experience with SAP implementations.
