About the role
Join L’Oréal’s US HR team as a Junior Human Resources Associate in Talent Services for a 12‑month, fixed‑term program. You will be immersed in the full candidate lifecycle, supporting high‑volume recruitment and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for high‑volume roles, building and maintaining pipelines in Avature.
- Prepare longlists for Talent Acquisition partners and identify internal talent.
- Guide candidates through pre‑employment steps, including background checks, drug screenings, and offer letter distribution.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to complete onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, support job requisition approvals, postings, and system updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree obtained recently (within the last 12 months).
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and candidate experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Experience with the Avature applicant tracking system.
