About the role
The External Talent Engagement Specialist (Talent Scout) will lead outreach and recruiting activities with schools, universities and professional associations to build a strong pipeline of external talent. You will act as the company’s ambassador, fostering relationships with internal promoters and managing talent databases.
Key responsibilities
- Drive external recruiting and HR outreach with high schools, colleges, universities and professional associations.
- Organise and execute engagement activities that align with the HR strategy and promote the employer brand.
- Create and maintain a database of external talent and coordinate regular communications with marketing support.
- Develop and manage an internship program, including networking events, mentorship, charity initiatives and end‑of‑internship presentations.
- Recruit and track participants in the Graduate Specialist rotational program and assist with placement.
- Provide on‑site recruiting support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
