Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

This senior HR Business Partner role supports a fast‑growing technology organization in the United States. Reporting to leadership, you will act as a strategic people partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Go‑to‑Market leaders across the Americas to provide strategic HR guidance and align people initiatives with business priorities.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, development and retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, managers and employees, offering coaching on organizational and people‑related matters.
• Lead talent planning, succession planning, workforce planning and organizational design projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce insights to deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Support culture‑building programs that enhance engagement, inclusion and collaboration.
• Partner on headcount planning, compensation considerations and operational people decisions.
• Contribute to scaling HR programs and processes in a global environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in SaaS, technology or high‑growth settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting Go‑to‑Market teams such as Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link people strategies to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers, drive organizational change and improve employee performance and engagement.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
