About the role

AdQuick is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to help build the operating system for out‑of‑home advertising. The position is fully remote for candidates in the United States or Latin America.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and break work into end‑to‑end full‑stack deliverables.
Develop and ship features across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure, handling support tickets promptly.
Continuously improve the tech stack and developer tools for scalability and efficiency.

Required profile

5+ years of production engineering experience building and scaling systems.
Startup‑mindset: independent, ownership‑driven, and able to take projects from concept to completion.
Pragmatic approach to balancing rapid delivery with long‑term scalability.
