Senior Full-Stack TypeScript Developer (Node.js/APIs/React)

About the role

DevelopmentNow, an award‑winning digital agency, is looking for a senior full‑stack TypeScript developer to join on a contract basis. The role is fully remote but requires the candidate to reside in the United States. You will design and build robust backend services while occasionally contributing to React front‑end features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, reusable backend services and APIs using Node.js, NestJS, REST or GraphQL.
• Model and manage application data, integrate with databases and third‑party services.
• Contribute to front‑end features and UI improvements with React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship new features across the stack.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, integration issues, and production bugs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Must reside and work in the United States.
• Experience working in collaborative, agile engineering teams.
