Senior Data Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst at Achieve, you will help everyday people thrive by providing innovative digital personal finance solutions. You will use advanced analytics to drive business improvements and influence senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time analysis of loan portfolios and originations to protect returns.
• Detect quality breakdowns in credit/underwriting systems and mitigate compliance risks.
• Use multivariate statistical and predictive models to answer key business questions.
• Analyze sales and digital application funnels to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and present findings to VP‑level executives.
• Design portfolio monitoring processes and drive proposals through implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data science, quantitative business analysis, or statistical analysis, or a Master’s degree/MBA with 2+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or MBA in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a scientific field.
• Strong analytical, communication and time‑management skills; ability to work with senior management.
