Mortgage Advisor II

About the role

As a Mortgage Advisor II you will help clients secure residential HELOCs and other mortgage products, using consultative sales skills and newly acquired mortgage knowledge. The position is based onsite in Tempe, AZ and includes a guaranteed monthly bonus for the first three months.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine eligibility.
• Advise and educate clients on Lendage mortgage products and guide them through the application process.
• Complete mortgage applications, gather required documentation, and manage the end‑to‑end mortgage process using the Loan Origination System, CRM and credit vendor platforms.
• Maintain continuous communication with prospects, loan applicants, and third‑party vendors throughout the process.

Required profile

• Current Arizona resident.
• Active NMLS license (or ability to reactivate) and passed the SAFE exam.
• At least 3 years of mortgage lending experience.
• Ability to obtain additional state mortgage licenses within the first 45 days.
• Strong communication, self‑motivation and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills
