Manager, Mortgage Advisor

About the role

The Manager, Mortgage Advisor leads the Lendage Mortgage Advisor sales team, overseeing daily performance, compliance, and achievement of sales targets while aligning with the company’s vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, inspire and hold Mortgage Advisors accountable for KPIs, goals and standards.
• Maintain internal customer relationships with supporting partners and ensure accurate sales activity reporting.
• Ensure the team meets activity standards for prospecting, discovery calls, application submissions and underwriting guidelines.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately and uphold professional standards of integrity and selling skills.

Required profile

• 5+ years mortgage sales experience and 2+ years leading a mortgage team in a call‑center environment.
• Active NMLS registration and eligibility for state and federal MLO licensing.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a client‑focused approach.
• Proven ability to coach sales agents and analyze underwriting guidelines across loan products.
