Senior Creative Lead - Growth

About the role

Rare Candy is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to own the creative direction for its Growth team, covering organic social, paid ads, creator and UGC content, and major launches. You will guide the creative process from brief to execution, using data to optimize performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across organic social, paid acquisition, UGC, creators, and launches.
• Develop concepts, write briefs, hooks, scripts, and copy direction.
• Direct the social team, freelancers, and production partners.
• Run paid‑social testing roadmap and adapt winning UGC for paid campaigns.
• Maintain a rolling content and launch calendar and keep launches alive beyond week one.
• Provide weekly creative performance recaps and protect Rare Candy’s voice and visual approach.

Required profile

• 7+ years in creative strategy, social, content, or brand marketing, preferably in consumer, marketplace, gaming, collectibles, sports, or culture‑driven brands.
• Proven track record of directing creative that performed, with ability to explain changes and results.
• Fluent in TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, creator content, and paid‑social formats.
• Strong writing and editing skills for copy, hooks, and scripts.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities across creators, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Deep knowledge of Pokémon and the TCG world.

Required skills

• Experience with paid‑social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
• Experience briefing and managing creators.
• Data‑driven creative optimization.
