Senior Contract Specialist – Cost/Price Expert (TS/SCI)

About the role

Connexus Hub is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Specialist with deep expertise in cost and price analysis to support federal acquisition initiatives. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and involves working on complex contracts for government agencies and Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and provide rationale for financially sound estimates.
• Conduct comprehensive cost/price analyses, including cost realism, reasonableness, and price realism for various contract types.
• Prepare detailed analysis reports covering labor rates, direct costs, fees, G&A, profit, and overhead.
• Lead pre‑ and post‑negotiation memoranda discussions with contracting personnel.
• Support protest documentation and create training materials on cost/price analysis.

Required profile

• 9‑12 years of progressive federal cost/price analysis experience, with recent work on cost realism and reasonableness.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, business or a related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and acquisition lifecycle operations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
