Senior Consultant - Clinical Data Programming

About the role

Veeva Vault Clinical Data Management System (CDMS) combines electronic data capture, coding, and the Veeva Data Quality System (DQS) into a single cloud application. As a Senior Consultant you will help life‑science customers optimize their use of Veeva CDMS and DQS, configure studies, and develop SQL‑based listings to support clinical trial data management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and clinical sites, configuring study designs, forms, rules, and data transfers in Veeva Vault CDMS.
• Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and external vendors to drive database development and integrate data from laboratories, eCOA, IRT, and other sources.
• Develop custom SQL‑based listings and support data ingestion into Veeva DQS.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, gather requirements, and manage go‑live activities while communicating risks and contingency plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with EDC clinical software solutions and end‑to‑end data management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and data collection standards.
• Experience in a customer‑facing consulting or professional services role.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including occasional international trips.
