Technical Consultant – Integration Architect

About the role

Veeva Systems, the leader in the Industry Cloud for Life Sciences, is hiring an Integration Architect for its Site Solutions Professional Services team. You will design and implement integrations for SiteVault, support clinical research sites, and act as the primary liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations that align with customer goals.
• Set up SSO and Microsoft Collaborative Authoring integrations for new customers.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and other teams to improve the product and processes.
• Support customers in migrating onto SiteVault, including transforming, loading, and verifying large data sets.
• Design and build tools to execute high‑volume targeted data updates in production environments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.
• Based in the United States with ability to travel up to 20%.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and third‑party vendors, gathering requirements and building relationships.
• Ability to act quickly, create solutions, and roll up your sleeves when needed.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL querying.
• Git and version control.
• HL7v2 and FHIR interoperability standards.
• OAuth2 authentication/authorization.
• SaaS/cloud experience with site CTMS or eISF systems.
• Single Sign‑On (SSO) integration.
• Microsoft Collaborative Authoring integration.
