About the role
The Senior Community Manager leads the design and strengthening of Rwazi’s ecosystem across contributors, mappers, enterprise clients, and partners, ensuring the network compounds in trust and strategic value.
Key responsibilities
- Define ecosystem architecture and structured engagement models for all stakeholder groups.
- Maintain strong multi‑stakeholder relationships, identify trust gaps, and develop communication strategies.
- Surface ecosystem insights to Product and Leadership, translating signals into strategic adjustments.
- Support the VP of Community in scaling the ecosystem footprint and evaluating new market opportunities.
Required profile
- 6–10+ years in community, ecosystem, or network leadership roles.
- Experience managing multi‑sided platforms such as marketplaces or SaaS networks.
- Strong relationship‑building ability across diverse stakeholder types.
- Strategic thinking around network effects and analytical comfort with retention and ecosystem health metrics.
