Senior Community Manager – Avana Minnetonka

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Avana Minnetonka property. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all housing regulations while driving resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and meet targeted revenue goals.
• Oversee lease enforcement, rent collection, invoice approval, and petty‑cash management.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies based on market trends to achieve occupancy targets.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain property standards through regular inspections, resident service response, and coordination with maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and independent work capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
• Experience using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.
