Senior Associate, Project Management

About the role

Digitas, a Digital Marketing Agency owned by Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Senior Associate, Project Management in Birmingham, Michigan. The role sits in the Account & Project Management teams that turn ideas into results for Fortune 500 clients, covering experience design, digital and social media campaigns, partnerships, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs and branded content. The position is part of the Associate Management Program (AMP), which combines training, mentorship and peer guidance to build a foundation for a career in digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own key project management functions such as scheduling, scoping, resource management and risk mitigation
• Facilitate projects with client counterparts and prepare client-ready documents such as competitive analyses, SOWs, schedules, briefs and risk assessments
• Deliver effective campaigns that meet the client's strategic objectives
• Support large initiatives and lead smaller projects independently, keeping clients and internal teams aligned
• Anticipate project needs, remove barriers to success and share knowledge with project teams
• Partner with client and internal colleagues so that documentation is ready before client meetings, while taking part in internal and client meetings

Required profile

• A four-year degree
• 2+ years of Account Management, Project Management, Marketing and/or related experience
• Working examples showing leadership and diligence
• Strong ownership, curiosity, self-reliance and clear communication

Required skills

• Working knowledge of enterprise tools: JIRA, MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL-E, Midjourney) is a plus

• Pay range of USD 60,800 to 80,000 per year, depending on skills and experience
