SEO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Strategist to lead organic search initiatives for our clients, driving visibility, traffic and business impact through data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, execute and manage day‑to‑day organic search projects, including metadata optimisation, keyword research and on‑page copy improvements.
• Support reporting and analysis deliverables such as keyword mapping, SEO audits (technical, competitor and content), and regular performance readouts.
• Monitor client site SEO performance and communicate issues that affect rankings.
• Collaborate with paid search, UX and creative teams to align SEO recommendations with broader client goals.
• Review client materials and attend meetings to fully understand marketing and site objectives.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Solid understanding of keyword research, metadata optimisation, header tags, alt text, internal linking and technical SEO auditing (site speed, mobile‑friendliness, structured data, crawl barriers).
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey recommendations and outcomes both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
