Senior Associate Procurement Coordinator – Mechanical Equipment

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Coordinator to support the sourcing and purchase order execution of mechanical equipment for data‑center projects. The role ensures suppliers meet schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations while collaborating with engineering, construction, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate competitive sourcing activities, including RFPs and RFQs for mechanical equipment.
• Administer Master Supply Agreements and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial terms.
• Generate, issue, and track purchase orders from issuance through delivery, identifying and expediting schedule risks.
• Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, and contract files.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of critical equipment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction procurement.
• Education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Procore construction management software.
• Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and Master Supply Agreement administration.
