About the role
Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. seeks experienced subcontractors to perform a variety of repair and construction tasks for disaster restoration projects in the West Chester area.
Key responsibilities
- Install wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and studs.
- Design and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation.
- Add fixtures and fittings including door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
- Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements.
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and structural frames.
- Lay out flooring, roofing, or drywall ensuring proper level and alignment.
- Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, and shelves and install them in designated locations.
- Inspect sites, conduct repairs or maintenance, and build scaffolding and other construction structures.
Required profile
- Ability to pass a satisfactory background check.
Required skills
- Carpentry and framing.
- Drywall installation.
- Cabinet and furniture fabrication.
- Fixture and hardware installation.
