Senior Procurement Manager – Power Systems & Prefabricated Solutions

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of Power Systems equipment for data center campus builds and to help define a modular solutions strategy. The role bridges procurement with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for construction equipment, from needs identification to order finalization and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and rental companies, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing.
• Oversee equipment procurement budgets, track costs, and identify savings opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Research and evaluate new suppliers for reliability, cost‑effectiveness, and equipment quality.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service levels, legal, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and the Sr Director of Procurement to align needs and deliver equipment on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction procurement experience.
• Proven procurement experience in construction for a mid‑to‑large‑scale general contractor or similar organization.
• Background in data center development or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Procore (or Bluebeam) and other construction management software.
• Negotiation and contract management.
• Vendor relationship management.
• Budget management and cost analysis.
