Senior Project Manager

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of data center development and construction projects across its growing portfolio. This role supports a fast‑paced, collaborative environment focused on sustainability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects.
• Mentor and oversee an Associate or Senior Associate Project Manager, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead coordination meetings, set agendas, and track follow‑up actions.
• Support procurement activities, including contract administration and invoice tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years managing or supporting construction, infrastructure, or real‑estate development projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management and document control software such as Procore and Primavera P6.
