Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Rula is a remote‑first mental health company seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to own the affiliate channel end‑to‑end. You will drive patient acquisition through data‑driven strategies, partner recruitment, and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate roadmap, forecasting, and budget management (>$1M/month).
• Recruit, negotiate with, and grow high‑quality publishers and marketplace partners.
• Monitor and audit affiliate performance, ensuring compliance and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Provider Success to diagnose issues and drive ROI improvements.
• Lead an Affiliate Specialist, external contractor, and virtual assistants.

Required profile

• 8+ years managing affiliate marketing programs with large budgets.
• Expertise in affiliate networks/platforms such as Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten, or Partnerize.
• Proven experience in partner onboarding, tracking setup, commission structures, and optimization levers.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with Finance and Analytics teams.

Required skills

• Impact platform mastery.
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
• First‑party data integration tools (e.g., Freshpaint, Segment).
• Experience with affiliate tracking, attribution, and fraud/compliance auditing.
