Senior Accountant – Atlanta (Onsite)

About the role

This senior-level accounting position is based in Atlanta and is fully onsite. You will own key financial processes, partner with operational leaders, and influence business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly profit‑and‑loss statements and operational financial reports.
• Reconcile high‑volume financial transactions across multiple systems and accounts.
• Manage revenue recognition, accounts receivable activity, deposits, and related accounting transactions.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Research discrepancies, maintain audit‑ready documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong experience with P&Ls, financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with multiple financial systems.
