Securitization Director – Financial Markets & Real Estate

About the role

As a Securitization Director within PwC’s Financial Markets & Real Estate practice, you will lead consulting engagements that help clients optimise financial performance through tailored securitisation strategies. You will set strategic direction, drive business development and manage multiple projects while maintaining senior‑level client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and business development for finance consulting services.
• Analyse client needs and develop customised financial solutions and strategies.
• Identify market gaps, convert opportunities into growth and drive business expansion.
• Mentor and cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organisation.
• Shape client engagements to optimise financial performance and decision‑making.
• Promote technological advances that enable people and technology to thrive together.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relations.
• Develop new ideas, solutions and structures to drive thought leadership.
• Monitor financial trends and provide insightful recommendations.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• One of the following credentials or certifications: CPA license, Level 3 CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master’s in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality; or a State Licensed Appraiser license, MAI, ASA, CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, or PMP.
