About the role

As a Seasonal Team Member at SKIMS in Tysons Corner, you will help deliver an exceptional store experience during the busiest time of year. You’ll work in a fast‑paced retail environment, providing warm, personalized service and supporting the store’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
• Learn product stories, sizing and fit to confidently advise shoppers and build trust.
• Maintain a premium brand feel through professional tone, body language and refined selling behaviors.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, clean and organized during peak traffic.
• Process POS and MPOS transactions accurately while delivering an engaging checkout experience.
• Adapt to different store zones, step in where needed and embrace coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to meeting store goals by driving results and upholding high standards of performance.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• Passion for helping others and a strong team orientation.
• Ability to multitask, pivot quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Enthusiastic fan of SKIMS products and values; not seeking influencer status.
