Store Leader – Retail Store Management

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to head its Tysons Corner location. In this role you will lead a diverse team, drive sales performance and ensure an elevated, inclusive customer experience while upholding the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store with a customer‑obsessed mindset, creating a welcoming and personalized experience for every guest.
• Coach team members in real time, fostering high‑energy service without sacrificing authenticity.
• Embed SKIMS mission and values into daily operations and train staff to become product experts.
• Oversee visual merchandising, inventory replenishment, store standards and daily operational tasks.
• Own key business metrics such as P&L, payroll, inventory and productivity, analyzing trends and adjusting strategies to meet sales and efficiency targets.
• Develop schedules, manage controllables and make data‑driven decisions to optimize performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading diverse retail teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on coaching and talent development.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, high‑volume environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for the product and a commitment to delivering elevated service.
