Seasonal Leasing Consultant – Album Huntersville

About the role

This seasonal, temporary position runs through January 31, 2027. The Seasonal Leasing Consultant executes marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. The role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and supports community events and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs and internet advertising, to generate traffic.
• Use property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and analyze demographic data.
• Maintain show units to company standards, coordinating with maintenance and merchandising teams.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours and manage lease renewal communications.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to resident concerns and assist with lifestyle events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales, marketing, or customer‑service experience, including lease processing and credit screening.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for legal documents, resident interactions, and sales presentations.
• Basic mathematical ability to process sales conversions and financial records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and property‑management applications.
• Experience using CRM systems and internet marketing tools for lead generation and advertising.
• Ability to operate database management programs for resident and prospect data.
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site transportation (e.g., golf cart).
