About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join its team at the Album Huntersville community. The consultant will drive leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Collect and record prospective resident information, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with leadership to adjust pricing, concessions, and marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing events, referral programs, and employer outreach to generate traffic.
• Utilize the CRM system for lead management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and retention.
