Sales Consultant – Album Huntersville

About the role

The Sales Consultant drives leasing, renewal and marketing activities for the property, ensuring occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction targets are met. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing leases and facilitating smooth move‑ins.
• Collect and record pertinent information from new residents at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs and employer outreach initiatives to generate traffic.
• Utilize CRM tools for lead management, data analysis and reporting.
• Partner with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and retention.
