About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large‑scale SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversion projects for its Life Sciences unit. The role involves strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project delivery aligns with financial and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and drive consensus.
• Evaluate and refine project‑management processes, incorporating best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk‑management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses, participate in client discussions, and support Go‑to‑Market strategies.
• Allocate resources, set performance objectives, and align team efforts with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for smooth adoption.

Required profile

• Proven SAP delivery and program‑management experience.
• Hands‑on experience leading end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversion programs.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA conversion concepts such as Readiness Check.
• Strategic leadership in large ERP projects with focus on alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience driving organizational change and fostering professional development.
