SAP FICO Consultant – Fort Worth, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join its Life Sciences unit in Fort Worth, Texas. You will work on complex ERP implementations, driving financial process optimization and supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform, collaborating with development teams to build critical software applications.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives and security audits.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in ERP systems, especially SAP FICO and SAP Finance.
• Strong ability to design complex integration solutions and manage large‑scale data migrations.
• Strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends.
• Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies.
