Sales Representative (Large-Format Graphics & Visual Communications – A/E/C Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to sell large‑format color graphic printing services across diverse B2B industries, including retail, advertising, manufacturing, fashion, and the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) sector. The role focuses on high‑impact visual solutions such as point‑of‑purchase displays, trade show graphics, banners, wall murals, and promotional signage.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across target industries.
• Sell large‑format digital printing and visual communication solutions to new and existing clients.
• Conduct cold calling, outreach, and in‑person client meetings to generate new business.
• Present and position wide‑format print solutions, substrates, and applications to clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and maintain accurate pipeline updates and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with internal production and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within the A/E/C industry.
• Background in printing, reprographics, or large‑format graphics sales (strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of wide‑format printing materials, substrates, and applications, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated hunter mentality with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage and track daily/weekly sales activity and performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with sales tracking tools.
