Sales Representative – Independent Retail – Orange County North

About the role

We are a leading company in the beer, wine and spirits industry seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to manage independent retail accounts in the Orange County North area. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, promoting supplier brands, and ensuring excellent service on a fast‑paced sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan.
• Identify sales opportunities, conduct required surveys, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage back‑bar and well placements.
• Maintain product inventory, restock shelves where legally allowed, and monitor stock levels.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables in a timely manner.
• Handle customer issues, deliver products in special circumstances, and coordinate with management as needed.
• Achieve sales, volume, and distribution targets set by management.
• Collect payments and support the opening of new accounts.

Required profile

• Current internal associate applying through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Full‑time availability.
