Sales Coordinator

About the role

Katz Media Group, part of iHeartMedia, is looking for a Sales Coordinator in New York. The role supports the sales teams in delivering on their mission to serve clients and listeners, acting as the operational backbone that keeps the sales process running smoothly. It serves as a liaison between sales, programming and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in the pre-sale and post-sale process, including proposal development, order entry, campaign tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments (traffic, production, digital, promotions) so campaigns run flawlessly across radio, digital, podcast, social and event platforms.
• Prepare sales materials such as presentations, recaps and client-facing documents using PowerPoint, Salesforce and internal systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and help compile data for client reporting and renewals.
• Manage deadlines and deliverables so client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Assist with billing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for client service.
• Ability to work within standardized procedures, understand when to escalate, and solve straightforward problems using established procedures.
• Closely follows up until issues are resolved.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
