SaaS Healthcare Account Manager (SMB)

About the role

Vastian is seeking a full‑time SaaS Healthcare Account Manager (SMB) to build strong client relationships and drive growth in the health‑care sector. You will work remotely or from our Lawrenceville office, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and outbound engagement with existing clients to expand the book of business.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and client‑success teams to create upsell and cross‑sell strategies.
• Identify renewal opportunities using performance and usage data, and drive add‑on subscriptions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and adaptability in a fast‑changing health‑care environment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and attention to detail for documentation.
