About the role

DEX Labs is building a high‑performance, decentralized exchange platform for cryptocurrency markets. As a Rust Engineer you will help create fast, reliable infrastructure that bridges the best of centralized and decentralized finance.

Key responsibilities

Write sophisticated, low‑level Rust code for a concurrent decentralized exchange infrastructure.
Test and benchmark code using unit tests, integration tests, and performance measurements.
Proactively improve the Rust, TypeScript, Python, and Solidity codebases.
Produce clear documentation that developers can rely on.

Required profile

Deliver robust, well‑tested code.
Familiarity with Docker, Postgres, and related infrastructure tools.
Ability to work across DevOps, core product code (Rust, TypeScript, Python) and Solidity smart contracts.
Enthusiasm for building purposeful software.
